Every order is hand-packed with the utmost love and care using gorgeous tissue paper, custom stickers and boho packaging, and with it you'll receive a smile that will hopefully last all day. We try our best to be kind to the environment by using biodegradable mailers and reusable packaging, however this is something we are always improving on.

SHIPPING - AUS
We know it's hard to wait for items to arrive, and for this reason we aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, your items will be hand-created just for you, which can take 2-3 weeks, and will be dispatched within the next 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to be made, as this includes time for sourcing flowers and materials which are one of a kind, hand-pouring resin and the curing of your items with gorgeous finishes. You will receive an email to notify you that your delivery is on it's way, which will include a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order! Your package should arrive in the next 2-5 business days following that.

We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide for $10. All orders are delivered through Australia post, and come with a tracking number so you can check on its progress. Please see their website for shipping delays and deadlines.

When orders come through from around the world, we can't help but do a happy dance!! Your support means everything to us, and we can't thank you enough.

Canada, United States, United Kingdom - we offer flat rate shipping for $20
Rest of the world - we offer flat rate shipping for $25
* All orders come with a tracking number
Orders are packed and dispatched 1-2 business days after allowing for the 2 or so weeks it takes to hand-craft them, and can take approximately 7-15 business days to arrive (please be aware this is an estimate and delays may occur). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and service so you can keep an eye on your package and know when to expect delivery. All orders are sent through Australia Post.
* Please note for international purchases there may be import duties or local taxes charged upon entering the country, and we are not responsible for the costs associated with these import duties or local taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds if you decide to reject these charges.
