  • Can I order something custom?
    You absolutely can! We love creating sentimental items that are designed by YOU. To make a custom order, add the product you want to your cart and in the 'special notes' section, let me know what you would like to be changed. Send an email once you have made your purchase to gabriela@lunadaisy.art and give me a little detail about what you would like your custom piece to look like, this way I can add the note to your order and know exactly what to create for you.
  • When will out of stock items be restocked?
    Some items cannot be restocked due to limited materials, but those that can, will be restocked as soon as we can get them created! We spend a lot of time researching for unique materials and scavenging for flowers to dry and press, and sometimes as much as we would love to have an unlimited supply they do run out quickly. This being said, we do our best to consistently create new pieces and replenish supply for our followers to make up for it!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We are more than happy to offer shipping to our supporters around the world. Canada, United States and United Kingdom - flat rate $20 Rest of the world - flat rate $25 Orders are dispatched 1-2 business days from the purchase date through Australia Post. Delivery takes approximately 6-15 business days (please be aware this is an estimate and delays may occur) and you can use your tracking number to check on the status of your package. *Please note there may be import duties and local taxes charged upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for the cost of these import duties and local taxes, rather it is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept refunds or exchanges if you decide to reject these costs.
  • My order arrived but something is wrong, what do I do?"
    If your order has arrived damaged or there is an issue please don't hesitate to get in contact with me personally by email at gabriela@lunadaisy.art. We will do our best to replace items or offer a gift voucher for you as soon as possible.
  • Can I wash my product?
    Our products can be washed with luke warm water and soap using a cloth or soft sponge if necessary, however due to their delicate nature please take care when handling and storing your purchases.
